Our Promise
We stand behind the quality of what we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Eligible Returns (U.S. Orders)

Because many items are fulfilled and shipped directly from our suppliers, returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective or not functioning as expected
  • Incorrect item received

To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Buyer’s Remorse / Change-of-Mind

Because many of our suppliers do not accept “buyer’s remorse” returns, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Preference-based reasons (style, size, color, etc.)
  • Items delivered as described and in working condition

Free Returns (When Eligible)

For approved eligible returns, we provide free return shipping and return instructions.

Refunds

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).
